The eLearning Development Process

The eLearning development process involves a few crucial steps:

1) Analysis

We will work with your team or project managers and SMEs to analyze the needs and audience for your eLearning project.

The Design phase is when we nail down what content will be in your course. We create storyboards and make as many changes as needed to finalize the content.

3) Development

Our developers then work their magic to create a beautiful course with your content. Clients have the chance to review the look and feel and functionality of the course.

4) Implementation / Evaluation

Finally, we deliver a SCORM file for your Learning Management team to upload to your internal LMS. Your course is now ready for action!
